AmeriHealth appoints Dr. Donna B. Raziano as network medical director

Cranbury, NJ — March 11, 2024 — AmeriHealth today announced that Donna B. Raziano, MD, MBA, FACP, AGSF, has joined the company as network medical director. Dr. Raziano is an AmeriHealth clinical care transformation physician and will be responsible for collaborating with primary care providers, ACOs, and health systems to drive improved performance in support of the Quintuple Aim – cost efficiency, quality of care, improved member and provider experience, and health equity.

Dr. Raziano has been in population health medical leadership roles since 2005, with a specialty in the LIFE/PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) programs and home health. She most recently was medical director at Inspira LIFE in Vineland, NJ. She also previously served as medical officer at Trinity Health at Home, and Mercy LIFE/PACE and Home Health in the Greater Philadelphia region.

A graduate of Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, NE, Dr. Raziano is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, and Hospice & Palliative Care. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. She has active medical licensures in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. Dr. Raziano also earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. Dr. Raziano is active with the American Geriatrics Society, American College of Physicians, and the National PACE Association.

Carly LePore joined AmeriHealth in 2018 where today she serves as the organization's Corporate Communications Manager. She plays a key role in protecting and promoting the AmeriHealth New Jersey brand by providing strategic counsel on matters related to media relations, speaking engagements and public appearances as well as internal associate communications.

As a member of AmeriHealth’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, Carly plays an integral role in helping cultivate a welcoming and inclusive work environment within the company.

Carly brings more than a decade of experience in public/media relations as well as corporate and associate communications. Carly earned her B.A. in public relations with a minor in sociology from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut.
