AmeriHealth Receives NJBIZ 2026 Healthcare Hero Award for Workplace Wellness

Cranbury, N.J., June 23, 2026 — AmeriHealth was recognized with a 2026 NJBIZ Healthcare Hero Award in the “Workplace Wellness” category, honoring the organization’s commitment to supporting the physical and mental well-being of its associates and members. AmeriHealth representatives joined other leading healthcare organizations and professionals at the annual NJBIZ Healthcare Heroes awards ceremony, where honorees were celebrated for their contributions to advancing healthcare across New Jersey.

The NJBIZ Healthcare Hero Awards program recognizes excellence, promotes innovation, and highlights the efforts of individuals and organizations working to improve the quality of care throughout the state. Honorees represent leaders, innovators, and teams making meaningful contributions to patient care, healthcare management, and community health initiatives.

Carly LePore joined AmeriHealth in 2018 where today she serves as the organization's Corporate Communications Manager. She plays a key role in protecting and promoting the AmeriHealth brand by providing strategic counsel on matters related to media relations, speaking engagements and public appearances as well as internal associate communications.

As a member of the AmeriHealth Reach Associate Resource Group, Carly plays an integral role in helping cultivate a welcoming work environment within the company.

Carly brings more than a decade of experience in public/media relations as well as corporate and associate communications. Carly earned her B.A. in public relations with a minor in sociology from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut.
